Retail Packaging

Retail Ready Packaging (RRP) or Shelf Ready Packaging (SRP) enables the easy distribution of your products from your production line to the retailer’s shelf. Our designs often incorporate secure transit and effective in store display in one box.

We also specialise in Point of Sale Displays  –  corrugated cardboard floor standing display units (FSDUs), counter top displays and cardboard dump bins or pallet displays. Eye-catching artwork can be added using the latest digital, flexographic and full colour litho laminate printing techniques.

With our design and print expertise we will ensure your product is displayed so as to achieve the maximum in store impact.

We are also able to provide a full contract packing service. We can pack your product into the display unit and deliver it ready to be presented to your customers. See ‘contract packing’ for more information.

Boxes for Products

Honey Jar Box PackagingThese attractive boxes were designed by our in-house designers for a jar of honey. The box was printed both sides, covered with bees.

Honey Jar Boxes

Single Piece, Litho Printed

_G6A9868This is an interesting design for the carriage, by the customer, of several drinks at the same time. Made out of one piece of die-cut solid board it has been litho printed.

Litho printing reduces cost and speeds up production but is only really suitable for large quantity requirements.

Multi-Point Glued, Printed Solid Board

_G6A9863Created as a by product from a main industry this fertiliser needed simple boxes for easy distribution. The customer wanted to stand out from other fertiliser suppliers so had created their own artwork. They requested artwork be a full lay-up on all sides of the box.

The minimum order on boxes like this from us would be about 250 pieces although some of the boxes we make in their thousands.

Mail-Order Packaging

_G6A9862These boxes, created for a large paper supplier delivered exactly what the client wanted for their mail-order business. We also managed to reduce costs of delivery through the use of our palletising system which calculates the best number of items per pallet to avoid damage in transit.
